ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration:
Provide day-to-day admin support to the Sales Team and wider business
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Prepare and issue quotes, order confirmations, and customer-facing documents
Maintain CRM records and update customer databases
Perform accurate data entry across sales and project systems
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
Support outbound calls and lead generation initiatives
Project & Office Administration:
Assist project teams with administrative tasks and document tracking
Help maintain schedules, status reports, and other project documentation
Support general office operations and resource organisation
HR & Culture Support (in collaboration with current team member):
Assist with recruitment logistics (e.g. posting adverts, arranging interviews, occasionally conducting an interview if the Production Manager requires)
Help maintain accurate HR files and personnel records
Support onboarding processes and training admin
Contribute to internal communications and staff updates
Media & Marketing Support:
Help plan and post content on company social media platforms
Assist in preparing product photography, videos, and simple promotional content
Update website content and help coordinate marketing projects
Light PA Support to CEO & COO:
Assist with diary and calendar management
Support meeting preparation, including agendas and briefings
Arrange occasional travel, accommodation, or event bookings
REQUIREMENTS
Part time : 20–25 hours per week to start (flexibility possible) with the potential to grow to Full Time
Strong clerical and admin skills
Excellent attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
Confident and professional communicator
Friendly, approachable, and reliable
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
Experience in sales admin, customer service, office support or similar is preferred
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail); familiarity with Trello is a plus (training provided)
Willingness to learn and grow within the role

You will be on a 12 week probationary period where we will work closely with you and assess if you’re a cultural fit for us and us for you! Once you have passed your probation you will receive a one off bonus for successful completion. Once your probation period has finished, you will be reviewed monthly.
