SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIME
Most of our products offer free shipping to Mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Items with free shipping are advised on each product page, which include wheels, castors and some accessories.
Items without the free shipping logo will have shipping charges added at time of checkout.
All of our products are in stock and are shipped express from our works, with a 2-3 working day lead time.
If you would like to collect or arrange for someone to collect your goods from us, then select this option at the checkout. These are usually packaged same day and are available to collect within 24 business hours of payment and order confirmation.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please alert us urgently by phone on 01773 834 910 or email sales@klime-ezee.com
If your item is still with us then we will cancel your order and reimburse your full order amount (inc delivery charges).
If your item has been despatched and not yet delivered, if we manage to stop your delivery, we will reimburse your full order amount (minus delivery charges).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note we do not accept returns on replacement parts, including wheels, castors and accessories.
