When we say HEAVY DUTY, we mean HEAVY DUTY! Whilst most other Heavy Duty products on the market only hold between 120 - 150kg, we've gone all out to bring you a product which has a SWL of 500kg!
This range is manufactured from heavy duty tube and box section, complete with heavy duty steel centred wheels. It has a larger platform than normal and wide treads giving you heaps of room to move around comfortably.
Perfect for use on factory floors, in warehouses and for maintenance. It comes with many colour, tread types and exit options to choose from.
It comes fully welded and ready to use right away.

The working height is a general 'guide' taken between waist height and just above the shoulders of the average person (approx. 750 mm range).

Size Matters :
You should NEVER cut corners or try to save money by choosing a lower model than is required! Reaching or straining should not happen when you pick the right step height! Packing Information :
This product will arrive fully assembled & ready to use. You should however remove the attached paperwork and store it safely, prior to use.
FACTS
Angle of Ascent :
60 degree.
Materials :
Fully welded frame 25mm diameter tube, reinforced 25mm box section base and rear legs, with added box section on the rear axle for additional strength & durability.
Overall Width :
The main framework of this range is approx. 750 mm wide, the overall width shown in the table above is taken at the widest point (which is the axle). If you opt to change the brake type from standard, it may change the overall width of the unit. If you are restricted with space, please give us a call and we can review your options.
Working Platform Size :
700 mm (w) x 600 mm (d). Some sizes in this range are able to be extended, view our modification page for more details.
Brake Type :
Central lever operates the front castors.
Strengthened Treads :
This product has tread strengtheners to the front of every tread (including the platform).
Kick / Toe Plate :
All sizes have toe plate fitted to all closed sides.
Rear Legs :
These splay out from the unit at an approximate 3 degree angle. If you wish to add a rear gate to exit your platform, then you should also consider adding 'Flush Back Wheels'.
