Responsible for being a compass for our vision, goals and Lean journey, can hack into a server in under an hour and all round company visionary - just never use the words... I don't know!

My favourite thing is listening to conspiracy podcasts.

KE's answer to Tinkerbell, responsible for bringing new ways to keep the people busy. Keeps others on track (when not taking on huge projects), encourages ‘belief in the company’. My favourite things are Sun, Sea and Champagne. All round beagle lover!

Chief disaster dodger, vision chaser, and the one who makes (and spends) the money. When I’m not keeping things on track, you’ll find me traveling, spending time with my fiancé and kids, diving into a good book, or binge-watching TV shows like it’s an olympic sport.

I am a Top Tinker, responsible for leading the fight against shoddy looking buildings, poor equipment maintenance and bad manufacturing processes!

My favourite things are red wine, good food and bad humour.

I am the Rainmaker & Tetris Champion, responsible for bringing in the sales and schmoozing with the customers, I organise the s**t out of logistics and my office! My favourite thing to do is go on adventures to find a peaceful spot.

I am a mistress of coin, responsible for counting every penny and making sure we get our weekly allowance whilst keeping the business afloat. My favourite things to do are spending quality time with my family, exploring new places & murder documentaries.

I look after HR, bring our culture to life, and manage our social media. I’m responsible for developing internal branding, support meetings, and helping build a positive company culture. My favourite thing is travelling all over the world!

I am a Process Engineer, responsible for the starting line of cut & bend - "if it doesn't start with me, it doesn't start at all"!
