You’ll be responsible for operational excellence on the production floor - ensuring plans are executed efficiently, problems are solved quickly, and your team is continuously developing. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, self-managing, project-focused, and enthusiastic about growth - both their own and their team's.

Your Purpose in This Role :
- To enhance team efficiency, improve processes, and remove bottlenecks.

Team Development & Management

  • Continuously mentor and inspire your team, dealing swiftly with issues that could affect morale or company culture.

  • Grow your team in alignment with the company vision, both in skillset and mindset.

Project Ownership
  • Take ownership of production-related projects, ensuring tasks are followed through from planning to execution.

  • Prioritise tasks that benefit the team most, and maintain a clear record of progress using tools like Trello.

  • Carry out project research independently: contact suppliers/customers, request quotes, interpret needs, and present 3 clear options/solutions to management.

  • When approved, implement projects and train others on what was done and learned.

Continuous Improvement
  • Keep developing your own skills, knowledge, and management techniques.

  • Become an expert on all factory processes, enabling you to give sound, experience-based advice.
