ASSEMBLY
The FORTRESS cages are super easy to install and can be done with two people, in under an hour, with hand tools.
All of our products come with full assembly instructions, along with all bolts, nuts and cover caps!
We do recommend securing your product to the floor using the pre-drilled holes, to ensure maximum security. Along with fitting your cover caps upon installation.
Your lock is British Standard approved and has been pre-fitted to the door, therefore does not requiring installing!
Panels are 500 mm and 1000 mm wide and are manufactured from Heavy-Duty box section and small hole mesh.
QUICK GUIDE
Before you get started, take out the instructions and ensure all of the parts are present.
STEP 01
Lay out the panels one by one on the floor, screw each panels steel framework together.
STEP 02
Take the wall panels on side one and bolt together. Followed by the back corner post to post, fit them with the bolts provided.
STEP 04
Complete the back of the cage by adding another corner post, then finish by constructing the second side.
Don't forget to add posts to either of the cage sides, ready to build the front of the cage once the roof is on!
STEP 05
Requires two people
Make up your roof panel, lift onto the cage and secure into place.
Note : You should not store any products on your cage roof.
STEP 03
Take another panel and bolt it to the corner post, this will begin to construct the back of the cage.
STEP 06
Once the roof is fitted, add the remaining panel to the front. Follow on by adding the door.
Finish off by ensuring all bolts and nuts are securely tightened and fit with the cover caps provided.
